Anglesey Primary is a large, split site school with a roll of approximately 715 children; admitting pupils from the age of 3 to 11. It is a three-form entry school taking 90 pupils in each year group.
Our youngest pupils attend Playgroup, which is based on the Nursey Road site. Pupils progress through Foundation and Key Stage One which are both based on the Anglesey Street Site, and finally through Key Stage Two, back on the Nursery Road site.
At the age of 11 pupils transfer to a variety of secondary schools dependent on parental choice and individual need.
The school has recently been through a successful OFSTED inspection which praised early years provision. The school's 'value added' is one of the best in Birmingham.
